Cancellation and Refunds – Brainic Academy

1. Non-Refundable Fees
   All fees paid for workshops are non-refundable. This policy applies even if you are unable to attend the workshop for any reason after completing your registration.
   
   
2. Cancellation by Brainic Academy
   If the workshop is cancelled by Brainic Academy due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your fees minus a processing charge of ₹150 INR. Refunds will be processed within 15 days, and the credited amount will reflect in your account within 15–20 business days via the original mode of payment.
   
   
3. Postponement
   If the workshop is postponed, you will be notified of the new dates. You may transfer your registration to the rescheduled session or to another Brainic Academy workshop within the same calendar year.
