1. Workshop Registration

• Confirmation: Once you complete your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your workshop details.
  
  
• Access Details: The workshop joining instructions (venue details for in-person or link for online) will be shared with you via email before the event date.
  
  
• Accuracy of Information: Please provide accurate details (name, email, phone number) during registration to ensure successful communication.
  
  

2. Payment & Access

• Payment Processing: Workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of registration through our secure payment gateway.
  
  
• Access Time: Confirmation of participation is granted immediately after successful payment processing.
  
  
• Non-Transferable: Registrations are personal and cannot be transferred or shared with others without prior written approval from Brainic Academy.
  
  

3. Delivery of Workshop Materials

• Digital Materials: If the workshop includes slides, recordings, or other resources, they will be shared electronically via email after or during the session.
  
  
• No Physical Shipping: Since this is a skills workshop, no physical products will be shipped.
  
  

4. Changes, Cancellations & Postponements

• Cancellation by Brainic Academy: If the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund (minus processing charges, if applicable) will be issued within 15–20 business days.
  
  
• Postponement: If the workshop is rescheduled, participants may attend on the new date or transfer their registration to another Brainic Academy workshop within the same calendar year.
  
  
• Participant Non-Attendance: Fees are non-refundable if you are unable to attend after completing registration.

• Email Notifications: All updates about the workshop will be sent via the registered email ID. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) regularly.
